Купил комп, винчестер пустой как начинаю устанавливать винду появляется синий экран и такая вот ошибка

BSOD (синий экран смерти) при запуске компьютера При каждом запуске компьютера будь он в безопасном режиме или при обычной загрузке Уиндоуса, после бегунка загрузки выходит синий экран.
BSOD гласит:

Hello. Is this Windows XP or Windows Vista? Did you uninstall or install any new software before you got this blue screen?
Also, have to tried to perform system restore?
Ok. I did find this from Microsoft.
1) Turn on the computer
2) Keep tapping F8 until you see Advanced Options Menu
3) Use your arrow keys to select Safemode with Command Prompt and press enter
4) Press enter for OS/XP
5) When it boots up, hopefully, you will get a blank box that reads Command Prompt in the Headline at the main top.
6) At the command prompt, type C:windowssystem32
estore
strui.exe and press Enter (NOTE) if this dont work, please type cd (space) then C:windowssystem32
estore
strui.exe and press Enter
This should bring up the Command Prompt, try to use this and let me know what happens.
Sorry to hear that. Ok. Then your going to have to use your Windows XP CD to boot off of it, and instead of pressing enter to install windows, you press R for recovery and follow the steps from the Microsoft website that i posted in the previous post.

I inserted the XP CD and the only thing that happened was the black screen pops up. asks the safe mode, command prompt type of questions and any option I try..I keep getting back to the blue screen telling me the same thing I’m trying to resolve. When I put the XP CD in..I notice that the green light that is on turns off within 5-10 seconds. What is my next step..How can I uninstall something that will not let me get past the blue screen? Help!!

Sorry to hear that. It seems that your XP CD is not booting up like it should. You have to go into the BIOS to change the startup type to boot from the cd-rom first. Normally, F2 will take you there or the delete key by keep tapping it when you first turn it on.
Is this a desktop or laptop? and who is your OEM, dell, hp, emachines, etc??
